Coaching For
Kids & Teens
Ongoing coaching for kids and teens builds on what we learn during the executive functioning skills assessment. The assessment helps us understand what’s really getting in the way — beneath the surface behaviors — whether that’s organization, emotional regulation, follow-through, or learning differences.
Coaching sessions are where we work through those challenges together over time. I take a thoughtful, whole-child approach, which may include reviewing relevant reports and, when appropriate, collaborating with caregivers, school teams, and other providers. This helps ensure that our work reflects your child’s learning needs and emotional experience across settings.
The goal of coaching is steady, meaningful growth. Together, we focus on building skills, confidence, and independence in a way that feels supportive, realistic, and aligned with who your child is — not a one-size-fits-all approach.
“My daughter had a wonderful experience with learning how to manage multiple classes, responsibilities and her calendar. Highly recommend!!!”

My Approach
I don’t believe in rigid systems or one-size-fits-all solutions.
Sensitive kids and teens need support that feels safe, collaborative, and doable.
My work blends executive functioning skill-building with emotional understanding. We focus on practical tools for organization, planning, time management, and follow-through — while also making space for the feelings that often get in the way.
Because for many of the kids and teens I work with, it’s not a lack of ability.
It’s overwhelm.
It’s perfectionism.
It’s not knowing where to start.
Sessions are structured but flexible. We break things down into manageable steps, practice strategies in real time, and adjust until we find what truly fits. I involve parents thoughtfully, so support continues outside of our sessions without turning home into another battleground.
The goal isn’t just better grades or cleaner backpacks.
It’s confidence.
It’s self-trust.
It’s helping them understand how their brain works — and how to work with it.
If your child feels overwhelmed more often than not, you’re not alone.
Support can look different than what you’ve tried before.
Let’s talk about what’s feeling hard — and what might help.
Ready to take the next step?
Start with the Skills Assessment
This one-time executive functioning assessment is designed to help you better understand your child’s unique strengths and the challenges that may be getting in their way.
In this 75-minute session, we take a thoughtful, individualized look at how your child approaches organization, planning, emotional regulation, follow-through, and independent work. Together, we’ll identify patterns, clarify areas of need, and highlight the strengths you can build on.
You’ll receive a comprehensive written report outlining clear, practical recommendations so you feel confident in how to support your child moving forward.
There is no expectation of ongoing services — just meaningful insight, professional guidance, and a clearer path ahead.
