About Me

I’m a certified psychologist and executive functioning specialist with more than a decade of experience working in schools and private coaching.

Over the years, I’ve worked with intelligent, thoughtful teens and adults who looked capable on the outside — but internally felt stuck, overwhelmed, or constantly behind. Many were high-achieving and self-aware, yet quietly hard on themselves. They minimized their accomplishments, fixated on mistakes, and carried more stress than anyone realized.

What I’ve learned is this: most people aren’t lacking ability. They’re operating in systems that don’t fully support how they think, work, and live.

My work focuses on changing that.

I partner with clients to build practical structures that feel personal and sustainable — whether that means refining career goals, organizing a home in a way that truly fits, reestablishing daily routines, reconnecting with meaningful interests, or reducing the mental load that keeps them in a constant state of pressure.

I love this work because the results are tangible. I’ve seen clients advance in their careers, build steady habits, create consistent routines, strengthen resilience, and take better care of their physical and emotional well-being. Watching capable people begin to operate with more clarity and confidence never stops being meaningful to me.

My coaching style is holistic and collaborative. I take the time to understand how you think, what motivates you, and where friction shows up in your daily life. We identify strengths, refine growth areas, and build systems that prioritize both effectiveness and balance.

This isn’t about pushing harder.

It’s about building a way of operating that feels aligned, sustainable, and steady.

Client Feedback

“Jessica sends me an email every week after our sessions. She summarizes my accomplishments from the previous week and outlines goals for the next week. Over time, I realized that every time I get Jessica’s emails, I feel a surge of self-love and recognition. I realize that I’m made of good stuff and I’m capable every single day.”

“Jessica was incredibly impactful during a very difficult time in my life, helping to keep me on track when I was having difficulty managing the most basic life tasks. Her calmness, steady support and optimism helped make each of our sessions productive. I learned that, even in emotional distress and difficult life situations, I could still set and achieve goals.”

My Story

JSP Coaching & Consulting was born during a season when I realized something had to change.

I was experiencing deep burnout from working in an environment that didn’t align with my values. The pace was relentless. The expectations were constant. My emotional bandwidth was depleted.

At the same time, I was providing executive function coaching to children and adults — and that work felt completely different. It was grounded, respectful, balanced. I was encouraged to protect my energy, honor my worth, and create sustainable impact.

I began to see clearly: I thrive in spaces where growth doesn’t require self-abandonment.

After years of trying to make something work that didn’t align, I chose to build something that did.

JSP Coaching & Consulting was created from that commitment — to do meaningful work without burning out, and to help others do the same.
