  • This 75-minute session is designed to gently uncover what may be keeping you stuck.

    Together, we’ll explore patterns, challenges, and strengths through a thoughtful, guided conversation focused on executive functioning skills such as organization, planning, emotional regulation, task initiation, and follow-through.

    Following our session, you will receive a comprehensive written report outlining:

    • Executive functioning strengths

    • Areas of growth

    • Clear, practical recommendations for next steps

    This process provides clarity, direction, and a supportive starting point for meaningful progress.

    For adults, teens, and children alike, the focus is on understanding what’s working, what feels hard, and why. By the end of our time together, you’ll walk away with meaningful insight and clear, supportive next steps — with no pressure to continue beyond the session.

  • These 60-minute sessions build upon the insights gained from your initial Skills Assessment.

    Together, we will establish clear, meaningful goals and create a practical plan to help you move toward them with confidence and consistency. Each session is designed to provide structure, accountability, and steady progress.

    After every session, you will receive a written summary outlining:

    • Key insights and themes

    • Progress made

    • Continued areas of growth

    • Specific, actionable steps to focus on during the week ahead

    This process ensures that growth doesn’t stop when the session ends — it continues in daily life.

  • Session length ranges from 60–75 minutes and is thoughtfully adjusted based on your child’s individual needs, attention span, and capacity for focus.

    For longer sessions, movement and brain breaks are naturally incorporated to support regulation, engagement, and sustained progress.

    Support extends beyond our sessions. When appropriate, I collaborate with teachers, school teams, and outside providers to ensure your child is supported across environments. I also offer guidance throughout the IEP and special education process.

    Growth is carefully tracked using measurable indicators tailored to your child’s goals. Parents receive weekly updates highlighting progress, patterns, and next steps.

    Families are an essential part of this process. Open communication and partnership remain central to our work together.
